Rashmi Industries was established in 2003 by two brothers Mr. Mansukhbhai Kachhadiya and Mr. Jaysukhbhai Kachhadiya. Both brothers had prior experience in the same industry. Initially, the company focused on manufacturing wood screws and mirror screws. Over the years, they gradually expanded product range and production capacity, with their experience they steadily grow the Rashmi Industries.
In 2019, the next generation, Mr. Shyam Kachhadiya (son of Mr. Mansukhbhai Kachhadiya) and Mr. Dishan Kachhadiya (son of Mr. Jaysukhbhai Kachhadiya), joined the management of Rashmi Industries. Under their leadership, the company expanded its production capacity and significantly increased its product range. They started manufacturing a variety of new products, including self-tapping screws, machine screws, drywall screws, and other types of fasteners and expanded horizons to international market. They addressed growing new markets such as electronic market and toy market.
As production capabilities continued to grow, in 2025, company launched its own brand ‘Pushwell®’. Today, Rashmi Industries markets and sells its products under the Pushwell® brand to both domestic and international markets.
