In the making of Pushwell® products maintaining high-quality standards is our utmost priority. At Pushwell®, every stage of production process is monitored using advance tools and methods to deliver consistent quality. At very first stage we check the dimensions of the raw material using a Micrometre. The material then goes through the cutting and heading processes, where standard tooling is used to manufacture the screws. At this stage, we use digital Vernier and Micrometres to verify the required dimensions. Then the prepared screws goes for threading, where threads are formed using dies with standard dimensions. At this stage, threads are inspected with Ring Gauge.
After threading, the screws then goes to plating process. Depending on customer's requirements, we provide different types of plating, including nickel plating, zinc plating, and yellow plating. In plating process, we ensure that the plating thickness is maintained to the required micron level as specified by the customer.
Finally, the finished products are packed by ensuring standard packing procedures and dispatched to the customer.
